The evening begins at 6:00 pm in the beautiful Monteclair Ballroom at Hockley Valley Resort

Once there, your Passport for the evening's fun awaits you with an opportunity to enjoy a Six Course Dinner.
Six Chefs come together for one evening for you to taste their specialties.

Chefs for the 2009 dinner will be selected early in the new year.

The Silent Auction will take place throughout the evening.
The Live Auction of Select Items will take place around 9:00 pm
